I started at Warner Brothers working on Iron Giant. During that time I discovered I had a knack for doing gags. From there I went to Blue Sky Studios putting my joke skills to use on every movie the studio produced especially Scrat the Ice Age squirrel. Since Blue Sky closed, I’ve worked for Sony, Paramount, Disney and Illumination. One of my favorite assignments was writing and boarding a bunch of 2D Minion shorts for Illumination. I have boarded on 30 feature animated films and written about 40 shorts. Besides actually storyboarding, teaching storyboarding is one of my favorite thing to do. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of the craft with you!
